core is a buzz word / topic gym today, and rightly so. If you have a weak core you have a real problem. Hours at the desk, leaned over the keyboard, is pretty much made sure that we have a weak core, which is full of muscles, which are either unemployed or worked. Making matters worse, many of us still go to the gym and coaching in general the surface muscles of traditional exercises.
